$b.$ Cho $t=0$ hãy biểu diễn véctơ $\overrightarrow {v}=5\overrightarrow {OA}+10\overrightarrow {OB}-15\overrightarrow {OC}    $ theo ba véctơ $\overrightarrow {OM},\overrightarrow {ON},\overrightarrow {OP}   $
$a.$ Để $\overrightarrow {OM},\overrightarrow {ON},\overrightarrow {OP}   $ đồng phẳng điều kiện là tồn tại cắp số thực $\alpha.\beta$ sao cho :

$\Leftrightarrow  \overrightarrow {OA} +t\overrightarrow {OB} -2\overrightarrow {OC}=\alpha[(t+1)\overrightarrow {OA}+2\overrightarrow {OB}+\overrightarrow {OC}] $
$+\beta[(t-2)\overrightarrow {OB}+2\overrightarrow {OC}  ]$
$=\alpha(t+1)\overrightarrow {OA}+[2\alpha+\beta(t-2)]\overrightarrow {OB}+(\alpha+2\beta)\overrightarrow {OC}   $
$\Leftrightarrow  \begin{cases}1=\alpha(t+1)\\t=2\alpha+\beta(t-2)\\-2=\alpha+2\beta \end{cases} \Rightarrow  4t^2+t-10=0\Leftrightarrow  t=\frac{-1\pm\sqrt{161} }{8} $
VẬy với $t=\frac{-1\pm\sqrt{161} }{8} $ thì $\overrightarrow {OM},\overrightarrow {ON},\overrightarrow {OP}   $ đồng phẳng
$b.$ Với $t=0$ ta được :
$\overrightarrow {OM}=\overrightarrow {OA}-2\overrightarrow {OC}           (1) $

Giải hệ phương trình tạo bởi $(1),(2),(3)$ theo các ẩn $\overrightarrow {OA},\overrightarrow {OB},\overrightarrow {OC}   $ ta được :
$\overrightarrow {OA} =\frac{1}{5} (3\overrightarrow {OM}+2\overrightarrow {ON}+2\overrightarrow {OP}   )$
