$\Leftrightarrow  $ hệ sau có nghiệm $\left\{ \begin{array}{l} (m+1)x+m^2-m=ax^2+bx+c\\ m+1=2ax+b \end{array} \right.        \forall m$
$\Rightarrow  \left\{ \begin{array}{l} a\neq  0\\ (1+4a)m^2-2(2a+b-1)m+b^2-2b+1-4ac=0 \end{array} \right.         \forall m$
$\Leftrightarrow   \left\{ \begin{array}{l}
a \ne 0\\
1 + 4a = 0\\
- 2(2a + b - 1) = 0\\
{b^2} - 2b + 1 - 4ac = 0
\end{array} \right.\forall m \ne - 1 \Leftrightarrow \left\{ \begin{array}{l}
a = - \frac{1}{4}\\
b = \frac{3}{2}\\
c = - \frac{1}{4}
\end{array} \right.$
Vậy $(d_m)$ luôn tiếp xúc với parabol $(P):y=-\frac{1}{4}x^2+\frac{3}{2}x-\frac{1}{4}   $
