$2$. Phương trình họ đường tròn qua $B1; B2$ là:

Đường tròn qua $A(0;1)$ nên ta có:

(m + n) + (4m - 2n) - (4m + 14n) = 0\\
 \Rightarrow m = 15n

Cho $n = 1$ thì $ m = 15$. Suy ra đường tròn qua $A, B, C$ có phương trình :
